Thanks Fred - should have RTM. As it is I'm half way through a perl script to accomplish the task but I would rather do it through ars.

You can use the Run Process command of PERFORM-ACTION-SAVE-ATTACHMENT to
save an attachment to the system

Since it is already in Remedy you can copy an attchment from 1 record to
another with a simple Push (or Set Fields) action in your workflow.
