Hi Dwayne, I think deleting the enteries in the Application Pending form will cause this restart to stop.

Hi Jarl, We've never used the Approval Server. AP:Notification and most of the forms are empty. I deleted some of the sample data and disabled two active links that were causing errors on display of AR:RuleDefinition. We'll see if that helps.
