Add another field to the form you are searching (i.e. an integer field called Sort Order). Set the form to sort by Sort Order then your Menu data. On the Menu remove the checkbox of Sort on Label (this will cause the menu to use the Form's sorting). The Remedy Menu never even needs to reference the Sort Order field. If all of your data has a 0 in the Sort Order field and you change the ones you want at the bottom to a 1 then they will drop to the bottom of the list. Fred

It's a very ugly and crude solution, but it would work. ________________________________ From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Anukampa Malik Sent: Tuesday, June 19, 2007 8:25 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Search Menu Hi List, I have a search menu. Items in the menu are sorted alphabetically. Is there any way in which I can bring some 3 specific items to the bottom of the list and the others remain alphabetically sorted.
