Kamlesh,
I am trying to familiarize myself with BMCDN and soon I will start posting the updates of the .NET API in it. BMCDN folks have helped me by 'transferring' the developer community entry for .NET API already and posting it in BMCDN. So if you have access to this site, you should be able to get to .NET API. I did see several other dev community uploaded entries also have appeared in BMCDN. So may be the filter API plug-ins stuff is also present there. BTW, I have an update I want to post for the .NET API in next day or two. As to the filter APIs - one thing that you may want to check out is the AR System 7.1 Beta content. In this release we have an all new Plug-in Server - which is Java based implementation and hence has a first class Java plug-in SDK and creating Java based filter API plug-in quite easy compared to previous versions. I am actually trying to migrate over existing sample mechanisms to this new model and thus you can get the same old filter API samples (posted in Dev Community) likely with some minor changes but with the new plug-in architecture and hopefully more easier to extend and even hook up scripts written in JavaScript, Java itself (either BeanShell or Java reflection), jython, jruby?, and so on. Another important thing to note is that the old plug-ins (or new C based plug-ins) also will continue to work. BMCDN is the place to go for community content, so register & check it out. And may be you want to start looking at the 7.1 Beta content as well for filter API topics.
