Will have hands-on Remedy development, fault fixing and enhancements , Work packet co-ordination, preparation of project documentation and adherence to quality management system. Technical expertise required; Remedy Action request system development (up to AR 6.3) Remedy Midtier, Remedy Action Request System Development (version 7). Microsoft SQL Server and Structured Query Language. Business Objects Crystal Reports (integration with Remedy) Microsoft Office, Business experience required. Area of expertise IT development life cycle (analysis, design, testing etc). Report writing. User liaison. Project/workstream co-ordination. Understanding of ITSM and/or CRM business processes and workflow HD Minimum experience in cumulative man months. Start date: ASAP. Duration: initially 3 months with possible extension. Rate: Highly negotiable
