Did you license the application prior to installation?  Re-installation is
the best correction (after solving whatever the problem was with the initial
installation) for a major problem like the one you reported.

** Folks,

I tried to install to ITSM 7, the installation was smooth took some time,
but when the installation was completed. I opened the log files to sure that
the installation was successful the log file shows failure, all the *.def
files were not installed. Then I tried to open the application some forms
and workflows were missing. Can anybody help me without installing it again.
