Hi,
On Solaris, you can obtain the HostID checked by the licence with the following
procedure :
* execute the hostid command.
* the result of this command is in hexadecimal format.
* convert this result into a decimal format.

I wanted to inquire about the use of the MAC address by Remedy on Solaris. Does
anyone now if the MAC address is used in any communications or licenses check?
