You can suppress errors as well..

Have you restarted your AR Server or ran the arsignal command to read the 
config file after your changes were made?

Your syntax is correct but that config option will suppress server warnings and 
notes only (this from the Configuring AR System reference).  We use it to 
suppress a warning message, which is great, but I guess errors are still meant 
to get through.
