1. In the http://arswiki.org/projects/arapi/downloads page, remove the entry
for win701p1.tar.gz as that is not the most recent revision.
2. At the top of the same page, include the following text -
"To understand the naming conventions we have used to identify different
revisions/versions, pls follow -
http://arswiki.org/projects/arapi/wiki/WikiStart#NamingConventions.
3. At the bottom of the same page, provide a link from where users can
see/download any previous revision for all platforms.
