Hi Jack, Try to open "AR System Email Mailbox Configuration" form and search for outgoing mailbox function. Open it and localize "Display Name" attribute (advanced configuration tab). "ABC Corporation" is the value of this field? The value of this fields is shown in "From" and "Reply To" mail fields. Delete it if you want eliminate ABC Corporation string.
