We are using 7.01. I will look into the Data Visualization field since I
have not used this before.
Thank you

Jack,
Your ARS version is?
In v7 there are options(Data Visualization field), however in v6 there
are "unsupported options" (Custom JavaScript) for the Mid-Tier only.

Hi All,
I have a requirement where I need to send information to another systems
web
page. When I sent the values, then their system performs a save and then
gives a web success page. (This is performing a POST.)
My question is are their any controls in a View field? Another words, the
Success page returns a URL with a ticket number that I need to return back
into Remedy. Does a View field have anything where I can perform a set
fields where I can pull the URL value back into Remedy. I don't think so,
but I thought I would ask.
The biggest issue is I need to perform this through the Remedy Mid-Tier
and
the Remedy User Tool. Has anyone performed something similar? If yes,
can
you maybe lead me in the correct direction? As always, thanks to the List
for all of your help.
