We just found out that Associate Members can't be Incident Owners. The docs say nothing of this limitation, though it does make some sense from a functional point of view. We were able to name Members of the Owner group as the Owner, but not Associate Members of the same group. Availability was the same for both users. At very least, it is a documentation bug. It has been reported to BMC Support. Rick Cook
