I got it.. 1st do what norm said. If you're looking to see if an account is locked, the value is in the LOCKOUTTIME attribute in AD. If the value is anything other than zero, the account is locked. To unlock it, set the value to zero --which is what I did. 2nd go to user form = select user - delete value in the unizue identifier field (a guid). once that is clear..

I did that .. and they guy still cannot login.. so I figured according to the doc's they said the account is made invalid.. It was other than 0 norm.. but for some reason it is not unlocking..
