I just found this while digging through the bowels of the configuration
forms.

To change the URL that goes out in SURVEY emails, open AR User, and open the
SYS:Attachments form. Find the record entitled URL for Survey. Set it to
offline, make a copy of it, and change the server name in the URL (hardcode
it if you want).

** I found that the new URL feature on the filter has a bug. I went into the
new SYS:Notification form and added the proper URL in the Body of the email.

Hi Rick,

Thanks again. Just to summarize.....you're currently receiving the .tsk file
and

the URL but you're users are unable to use the URL as it doesn't connect
them to

the correct source.

Our workaround is just to place the URL in the subject of the email

http:// <http://%3cservername%3e/arsys/home> /arsys/home and then they can
find the incident # in the

incident form. This seems like a step backward from using the client. Any
other

ideas?

Sorry, that's a networking term.

Fully Qualified Domain Name = servername.domain.company.com

Short Name = servername
