Phil, lots of people run on Windows 2003, and with the multi-CPU boxen out
there now, it scales pretty well. There is a white paper on sizing hardware
for ITSM 7 - download it from Support.

Subject: ITSM 7 Windows server

**

Hi

We are currently preparing to implement ITSM 7. Our companies preferred
environment for Remedy is Windows 2003 with SQL Server 2005.

It is predicted that we will need to support 1000+ concurrent users. We will
need to perform load testing to attempt to discover the limits of ITSM 7 on
a windows environment. But I'd like to know if anyone is running 1000+
concurrent users on a Windows, SQL Server system and if there have been any
problems.

Thanks

Phil
