Johan, To my knowledge there is no way to search for a BUG(defect) based on its BUG(defect) ID in the current support web application.
I think you have to open a new incident and ask for "all available details" for any bug that you need more information on. BMC (since the Remedy days) has done a poor job of documenting their bugs and what they mean to their customers. Very interesting thing found in 7.0.2 Patch 4 patch-documentation. Under fixed defects. SW00249755 Unable to create a Request through Requester Console I haven't applied the patch yet, but will try it. One question I have regarding these fixes.... where can I find more information about symptoms/errors etc. "Unable to create a Request through Requester Console" doesn't say much.
