Misi, With 7.x have you had a chance to see if data can be extracted from Manage User Licenses in the Administration Console Application?

It requires at least a 1-week user log. Sometimes you need to build workflow leveraging the login status of each user. In version 6.3 and lower this is not readily available. I have a Service/Daemon calld RRR|UserStatus that will set a check-box reflecting who is logged in or not. I have it for Windows and Solaris if anyone is interested. Please let me know if you want a copy. Best Regards - Misi, RRR AB, http://www.rrr.se Products from RRR Scandinavia: * RRR|License - Not enough Remedy licenses? Save money by optimizing. * RRR|Log - Performance issues or elusive bugs? Analyze your Remedy logs. * RRR|Translator - Manage and automate your language translations.
