If they can write the XML to a file then you could do a small perl script using SOAP::Lite to push the XML to Remedy and return the results (writing it to another XML file). Also From the Klink docs it appears that all it needs is a Mid-Tier 6 (or higher) install. I have used Mid-Tier 6.3 against an ARS 5.1.2 server with no problems (just like using a 6.3 User Tool against a 5.1.2 server). So Klink might still work. Fred
