Designed for simplicity, users populate data in one of several MicrosoftT ExcelT spreadsheets, convert the data into csv file format, and easily upload the data into the Datalink pre-processing staging forms. Out-of-box Datalink workflow copies the data to the correct underlying ITSM foundation forms automatically. The QuickStart Standard Edition Datalink is a free to download and use.
