All, Exact error message from an API program is "ARLoadARQualifierStruct::91 Cannot open catalog; Message number = 91 RPC"
I looked up ARERR 91 in the manual but it does not tell me much about what may be causing this. I am interested in understanding what it is "Cannot open catalog".
