Regarding the first question (1.) where the requester gets "no write access" when opening a change request we found that requester does not get this error when viewing the Tasks.
The second question (2.) , we accept this to be an educational issue where to find the infrormation. (3.) We seem to have solved the third "question" by redefining our Tasks to Standard (instead of Sequencing) and specify a Flow. (4.) After the redefining of the tasks, the status of the request changes to Completed, so we believe this one is solved to. So, number one (1.), still is an issue... We don't want our requesters to get error messages, even though it's quite clear that they will since they only have read-license. But the strange thing is that the Tasks doesn't popup these messages...
