Hi all Listers, I am getting a strange error on saving a request on CHG:Change form. After selecting a particular summary only ( as per predefined CTI) and filling all the required fields, I get this error as per attachment on Save button.
After checking the log, I have found that this error is occurring after push field action. The save button works fine on other CTI’s of Summary field. It doesn’t give this SQL error after selecting other CTI’s.
