The Herndon, Va.-based RealOps product line complements and adds to Houston-based BMC's Remedy product, which automates information technology functions, said Jim Grant, senior vice president and general manager of BMC's enterprise service management division. Terms of the deal were not disclosed in the announcement from BMC.
