Manish,
I've had this situation arise when the file descriptors fill up on a SUN
server from an external app logging into Remedy with an incorrect
password.  You may want to do a simply check to see how many file
descriptors are being used to track if that may be the issue at hand.
If not, quite often the temp file system on the server gets filled up as
well...another good area to look into

I am receiving the problem as "ARERR 316 Failure with the temporary file
: Not Enough space". Here user is trying to create the helpdesk ticket
through aruser client. We tried removing *.arf and *.axv files but this
could make difference.
