Alan,
I've gotten it to work on my development laptop. I don't know how well it scales when you have multiple developers. I used the Pushok SVN SCC Plugin to enable the connectivity to Subversion (http://www.pushok.com/soft_svn.php) from the Admin Tool. It costs about $24 / seat, I believe. which is a lot cheaper than some of the other SC solutions. Good luck with it! We are looking at moving from Clearcase to Subversion and I've been tasked with investigating this issue. We use Remedy for bug tracking (along with 42 other things) and that also means we use Remedy to manage (authorize) changes to our code.
