96 - tab w/blue &/or orange logo
97 - Forest Green/Maroon logo on white

And in the closet I still have:
98 - Denim w/green logo
99 - black bowling w/yellow logo

In 2001 I got an all black, with the green logo on the right side of the
chest with white lettering.  I think I was told these were left from the
2000 rug; they only had a limited number of them to hand out.
