Are you viewing the the email from the same email client as the user is?
If the answer is no, does the user's email client have the ability to
view multimime emails? In order to see the below email in HTML format,
the email client should support ability to view multimime messages.

Hi List,
The users are receiving emails in the following format from Remedy:
Mime-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
boundary="----=_Part_12861_13246487.1184819623380"
X-Priority: 0
Return-Path: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
X-OriginalArrivalTime: 19 Jul 2007 04:33:46.0578 (UTC)
FILETIME=[FEE52320:01C7C9BD]
------=_Part_12861_13246487.1184819623380
Content-Type: multipart/alternative;
boundary="----=_Part_12862_53681.1184819623380"
------=_Part_12862_53681.1184819623380
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
This happens once in a while. But when I try to resend those messages
to me they appear to be fine.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Anukampa
