That would help. :). Apologies.

This is for version 7 applications.
We will be running Service Desk, Incident, Problem, SLM, Change Management, Flashboards, Mid-Tier (Same Server), TomCat, Assignment, Approval Engine, Oracle 10G, ARS Version 7. Everything will be on the same physical box.

We could potentially get up to 350 concurrent Support Users and potentially another 300 Customers using the applications.

We would be mapping and migrating the data from HD version 6 and could have over 200 K of records.

Is their a good SUN hardware site?

Thanks

Jack,
give us a better idea here..
What exactly - software wise is going to be running, flashboards, ITSM,
Service Desk, Home Grown, Apache, Oracle ? 9? 10? 11?
how many User accounts ? Are your customers going to access without license
- Read ? or Submitter mode ? how many ?

This should help the group a little.

Hi,

Does anyone know if BMC has a white paper that provides Sun Hardware
recommendations for ARS version 7? If not, then can someone on the list
provide any good recommendations? The database is Oracle 10g running on
the
same box.

Thanks in Advance

Jackson
