Does anyone know what BMC Remedy is currently recommending for a custom range of column IDs? I know there used to be a statement of direction on that, but danged if I can find it anywhere on SupportWeb. Here is what I am seeing on my servers, which leads me to wonder where site-specific column numbers should go:
Field IDs to 300xxxx BMC Core and AST 10000xxx TMS - Task Management 2xxxxxxxx BMC Core and AST 3xxxxxxxx Core, Fundamentals, SLM, RKM 4xxxxxxxx BMC Core 43xxxxxxx CMDB 530000000 BMC Core 53687xxxx EIE 6000xxxxx Kinetic Request 7xxxxxxxx Kinetic Request 8xxxxxxxx EffectTech 900000000 100000xxxx ITSM Applications 15369xxxxx ITSM (CTM People) That leads me to believe that the 900000000 range is open, but I don't know if some other application I don't have installed is already using it.
