Has anyone run into an issue where non administrators can close a case without entering a closure code? I cannot find a user you can recreate this at will, but there are several cases that are closed with no closure code.
I suspect there is an issue with the 'zTmpAppAdministratorGroupMember' field which is used in the HPD:HPD-ClosureCode01 filter.
