I'm wondering if anyone out there can help me out. I'm urgently looking to engage an ITSM7 trainer as the individual we had scheduled to do the work has been involved in an accident. The training will cover 3 modules and will run from the end of August for 3 weeks (UK - midlands). If anyone out there has V7 training experience and will be available from WC20th August please contact me off list ASAP. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer.
