Hi Dwayne,
 
You need to double-click the File Name area of the attachment of click and 
select field properties.  
 
It is possible to create an Attachment Pool without any fields. In this case, 
the Attach Fields tab of the attachment pool would contain no entries. Simply 
add a name in the Enter Attachment Field Label box and click add.

Hi Lisa,

How do you do that?  I can't click on them individually, and they aren't in the 
"Find Field" list.  If I go into "Field Properties" for the pool I see the 
individual fields listed, but nothing about permissions for each.
