Even though you only need the BMC.ARSystem.dll associated with your project, you need the other DLLs included in the package referenced in your PATH statement so that the aspnet_wp worker process can find them. I usually create a x:\lib folder and copy all of the DLLs associated with the release there. Restart the box, or at least the IIS Admin process and you will be good to go.
