Support was able to reproduce the ARERR 361 condition with setting a sort order. "With server set to not allow unqualified search.... I can generate the error:
ARERR [361] An unqualified search was issued and the server has been configured to disallow unqualified searches. You must specify some search criteria to perform a search on this form I'll go ahead and submit a defect on it and update you with the defect id." On the menu bar go to Actions -> Sort Options and set a new sort order. Click OK and it generates an ARERR [361] An unqualified search was issued error. It seems to actually keep the new Sort Order, just generates the ARERR 361 message. I confirmed that Patch 003 has the same behavior.
