Kinetic Survey: A Built-on-BMC Remedy survey system for timely, rule-based, actionable surveys from any OOB or custom Remedy application. Kinetic Calendar: A Built-on-BMC Remedy calendar tool for displaying and managing any Remedy data in a calendar format -- Change Requests, On Call Calendars, Process Reviews and more. As a developer, Kelly will discuss how Kinetic Data, approaches development in Remedy including Remedy UI, Java API, and displaying Remedy data on the web.
