Dave,

There is a white paper in the knowledge base that describes how to do this. 
You basically run a 2nd instance of arplugin with a second ldap plugin as 
the only thing in a second ar.conf file. Your primary ar.conf file uses an 
alias to map the second arplugin ldap-ardbc to a different name. If you use 
this for authentication then both ldap sources must use the same account 
name and password to look for valid user accounts, but it does work.

After you have two different named sources for your two ldap servers, you 
can make two different vendor forms to point to them, and run escalations 
to copy date into regular forms....
