Rather than just point you to a form, I think it would be a good idea for you to research how the notifications work in v7 - it's WAY different than in previous versions, and is important to know. I will give you a hint - there is ONE filter that sends out everything, and one form in which the message is formatted. Look at the forms prefixed NTE: and you should be able to figure it out.
