Joe, in IMHO a native Spanish or bilingual speaker will understand the follow sentence.
"La solución seleccionada se ha usado [Usage Count] veces" for your 'Usage Statistic of Selected Solution'. What it means is: "Selected solution had been used XXX times." I know this not your original sentence meaning, but is more like we, the native Spanish, speak.
