Hi Nisha, I would suggest that, first you can extract all the attachments from your GUI to the OS....and before you do it you would want to replace the name of the attachments with the request ids of the corresponding tickets. Then you can have a staging table in your database with the ticket ids and the attachment names. FTP the attachment to the server OS........ move the attachment information from the staging table to the main remedy form where you'd want to have the final data. There keep a field for having attachment names. Then create a filter with action PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT <field_ID> [<file_name>] .... with field id as the field in the form...and the file name(the file name with the complete path in the server where you'd FTPed them. Now we have a requirement to allow users to attach some files as attachments in the GUI and send them to final attachment fields on the regular form. Can anyone give ideas for a good way of doing this? I have made an attachment field in the staging form so that it can pass the files to the other regular forms.
