It is a classroom exercise, and involves a program written by (or at least FOR) BMC to simulate outages of various kinds at a typical airport. Airports are used because most people have been in one, and can visualize fairly easily the types of issues that could befall one, and the effects of those issues.
I don't know that it's worth much $$$ if you already understand ITIL, but it's a great way to demonstrate to a team of people from the same company (including some managers) how they need to work together to accomplish the ITIL directive.
