Hi All, ARS 7.0. Using Remedy User 7.0. I have attachment in attachment pool. Need the follow: When user press the button - the attachment have to download and save on user workstation in directory what I want in workflow. After that I want to use DDE to operate with this attachment file.
Any ideas how to make it?
