Can some one help me in creating an auto approval rule with following condition in Remedy 7. 1. The timing must equal STANDARD 2. The CI must be FIREWALL We do have a CI called FIREWALL. Once these condition is satisfied. CR should automatically move from "Schedule for Review" to "Schedule" status. I appreciate for your help.
