Emad, I would suggest that you have a look at the workflow behind this form.
Specifically, I would suggest that you check to see if there are any filters that fire on a Delete, and if these have any searches performed as a result of the delete operation on either the same table or other tables that are heavily populated. If there are searches performed, it would help to see if the key fields used in the searches are indexed. If they aren't indexed I would advise you to index them. Then try the operation..
