Robert,

We have the v6.3 server set to require
encryption.(Encrypt-Security-Policy: 1) However, we do not have any
*special* encryption level tools.

I wonder if I can find the time to try to turn that requirement off
and see if that fixes it. (It is at least something to try.) Thanks
for the idea.
