We have run into the identical issue on the CHG:Task form just yesterday on
7.0.1 Patch 3 and Patch 4 user tool. We opened a ticket with Remedy and I am
hoping we get a fix for this ASAP.

I have run in to a problem doing a Modify all on the 7.0.01 user
tool. When doing a modify all on CHG:Task, if the first record has a blank
assignee, then it will NULL out all assignee's in the following records. Has
anyone seen this issue ? It doesn't do it in the 6.x usertool.
