Hi all, I need to change the ARS server name that's embedded in the direct access URL that appears at the top of email body sent to members of a support group notifying them of Incident assigment to the group.
The message on "SYS:Notification Messages" form (ID 4), does not include this URL. What code is adding the direct access URL that's slapped at the top of the email body...or where are the parameters for this URL set? Can't find it anywhere in the config screens.
