Yes, *** IF *** the DB was set up that way. Just because 10G and above CAN be set that way doesn't mean that they WERE set up that way. Talk to your DBAs. Rick _____

My searches just haven't found the answer on the ARS List or BMC/Remedy Support. If I remember correctly, the AR System can be set up on MS SQL in a manner that searches are not case sensitive. If I remembered correctly what steps need to be taken to set up MS SQL correctly. Also if I remember correctly FTS is not really needed on an AR System running MS SQL. Is my memory correct or am I just having a bad day?
