I didn't download the 7.1 installer again, but I did download the 7.0.1 installer, hoping to at least restore our system to the old version. But I got the same error with it. I've installed 7.0.1 several times before, and never seen this problem. The fact that nobody else is reporting this problem must mean that there is something wrong on our machine.
