Hi, We have a webservice which is built on a view form. When we check the record using the user tool, it exists. But when we check for the same record through web service get entry, we get record does not exist error.
Also, when we call this webservice from another Remedy server, we are not able to do the correct mapping as system is over writting the mappings which we save. Any help in this would be really appreciated.
