I have production ARS 7.0.1 Mid-Tier Server down due to tomcat memory issue on
Windows 2003 Server. Hopefully there is someone outhere who can tell me how to
increase memory for Tomcat or who has had this issue with the 7.01 Mid-Tier. I
have a call in with BMC Support but that has been an hour with no response.
Any assistance provided would be greatly appreciated.
